That’s the big question everyone asks when you graduate.

It makes sense. You’ve pushed yourself to accomplish something big and done it! So, what’s your next goal?

At this point, many people might take a break. They’d sit back, breathe, and reflect on their accomplishments. It’s good to look back at what God has brought you through and what God has taught you.

Me? I’ve accomplished a lot in the last two years. I’ve got this fantastic website with over 40 articles, two short stories available for a free download, and published Lawless! (If you haven’t had a chance yet, go check out Lawless on Amazon—I’m biased, but I think it’s pretty cool.)

That’s just the writing-type stuff I’ve done. I’ve grown as a leader, I’ve seen God move in truly miraculous ways, and I’ve grown closer to Jesus every single day. If you want to read more about what I’ve done in the past two years, go check out this article or listen to this podcast!

And while I’m proud and all of what I’ve accomplished, I’m just too excited to sit back and take a break now. I’ve got STUFF to do.

I graduated from The Company a little under a month ago, and many people have asked me this question.

What now?

Thank you so much for asking. I would LOVE to tell you! 😀 I’m embarking on three major projects this next year.

The Internship

I talk about The Company a lot here, but just because I’ve graduated doesn’t mean I’m going to stop!

I’ve accepted a year-long Internship! Here, I’ll be able to continue to use all the resources they can offer an author like me and pour back into the community that has done so much for me in the past two years. I’m so excited to help with tasks around the building, add funny reels to their Instagram, and learn as much as possible!

Check out their website and stop by their Instagram to see what I’ve done!

The Ministry

My goal is simple… For the next two years, I will write and produce three books a year.

It’s no secret that the enemy is after young teens. He seeks to kill and destroy. Over 50% of teens are exposed to porn by the time they’re twelve. 70% of young adult Christians (ages 18-22) will leave the church entirely.

If we were talking about helping an alcoholic, we wouldn’t just tell them, “Just don’t drink anymore, that’s so easy”. We’d give them a support group, somewhere to go other than the bar—something to do other than drink.

To stop a bad habit, you can’t just stop. You have to replace it.

I want to build a catalog of books that teens can turn to instead of their phones. Books with an uplifting message that get them thinking seriously about faith, their identity in Christ, and more!

Easy, right? Not quite.

To be able to do this, I need to raise $2,000 a month for the next 24 months. After that, the royalties I make off the books and the contract work I do will be able to sustain this ministry. I’m already almost halfway to my goal!

If you want to support this ministry, check out my donate page here! Those supporting this goal will get quarterly updates on how God is using this ministry, news about the projects I’m embarking on, and more!

I’m already on my way to producing three books a year, with my very first one coming out in December of this year!

Copper Lies

Copper Lies is a YA steampunk, coming-of-age adventure book about the adopted daughter of a mad scientist! While trying to build a mechanical dragon for her guardian, she accidentally brings it to life and sets it loose in the town! Watch as she scrambles to keep the town safe and keep the dragon a secret from everyone—especially her guardian.

Make sure to keep an eye out for it! 😉

Last but not least: Arch Year!

I’m leading a cohort in Arch Year! If you want to learn what I learned but can’t come all the way to Cambridge, OH, for two years, look no further! This program was made with you in mind.

Our class starts next month! If you’re ready to take your writing to the next level, and you want to do it with other Spirit-filled believers, Arche Year might just be what God has planned for you in this next season!

Over ten months, you will write a complete novel manuscript, launch a website for your writing, start a newsletter, and have a professional social media presence. In the next year, you’ll learn about the publishing industry, copyright, and more!

Make sure you check it out here! I’d love to see you in my cohort 😊

Until then, I’ll keep doing what I’ve been doing: writing blogs to encourage you, crafting stories to set out into the world, and following Jesus at full speed. 😊
